Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Product Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• With all tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

3. Returns

Regular-priced products are eligible for return within the 5-day period, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.

5. Exchange Charges

A ₹100 courier fee will be charged for every exchange request.

6. Promotional & Offer Orders

Products purchased under promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, or similar offers are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Gift Cards & Coupon Codes

Products purchased using a Gift Card or Coupon Code are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos or videos. In such cases, the ₹100 exchange fee will not be charged.

9. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup is available at your location, we will arrange the pickup through our courier partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.

10. How to Request a Return or Exchange
